Introduction to Letterpress with Edwin Pickstone

Date: 18th and 19th July 2026

Level: Beginner

Class Fee: £130 All materials provided.

Edwin is lecturer, typography technician and designer in residence at The Glasgow School of Art, where since 2005 he has cared for the school’s collection of letterpress printing equipment.

The class will introduce basic typesetting skills and use of the Columbian press to create a text-based poster or print.  

Introduction to Screenprint with Nick Gordon

Date: 25 & 26 July 2026

Time: 10.00am-4.00pm

Class size: 4

Level: Beginner and those with some previous screenprinting experience 

Fee is £130.00 which includes all materials

Over the course of the two-day workshop you will have the opportunity to create a small edition of a two-colour screenprint created with hand drawn stencils and exposed on to the screen using light sensitive emulsion.
