Class Cancellations and Refunds

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a class. Cancellation given a minimum of one month prior to the start date of a class will be reimbursed in full. Cancellation given 2 weeks prior to the start date will enable a 50% refund of the course fee. We cannot guarantee any refund for less than 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation. However, should we be able to fill your place, a full refund will be given. Should we have to cancel a class due to insufficient numbers or extenuating circumstances, a full refund will be given.

Concessions

Full and Associate Members and Friends receive a 20% discount on class fees.
Full-time students, unemployed persons, and registered disabled persons will receive a 20% discount. In some circumstances, where we have received project funding that assists us in subsidising classes and workshops to offer them at a lower rate, no discount will apply.
Unless otherwise stated, courses are for persons aged 16 or over.

Course level

We aim to make our classes as accessible as possible, whatever level of experience the participant might have. Please ensure that the class you have booked is suited to your level of experience.  We do not take responsibility from any issues arising from booking on a course which is too advanced for the participant. If you are unsure please contact us.

Course attendance

Wherever any absence is anticipated participants should let the tutor know in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for failed attendance due to sickness or external circumstances.
